COMBINING MODERNITY
& TRADITION
STEP BY STEP FOR TODAY TO PROMOTE OUR KNOW-HOW

Respect for tradition does not mean refusal of modernity, to improve our production techniques, we use state-of-the-art tools.
We develop our high-quality production in oenological facilities where modern stainless steel vats and traditional vertical presses stand side by side.
Long-standing vintages, mastery of vinification without malolactic fermentation and the production of a bleeding rosé with explosive aromas are the symbols and signature of the house.
We cultivate our entire vineyard in a dynamic of continuous improvement of our viticulture techniques.
We have a policy of respect for nature, it is for this reason that we have been committed to sustainable viticulture for more than 30 years.
All our vines are worked with great respect. Today, we are HVE certified . Regarding production, since 2016 we have implemented the HACCP charter , in order to improve our production techniques and above all to obtain traceability of all of our Champagnes which is as precise as possible. This charter is a guarantee of quality, traceability and proof of guarantee , in particular for our international markets.
A FAMILY STORY FROM THE BEGINNING TO NOW
Our house is located in the emblematic champagne vineyard, the Côte des Bar, which stands out for the quality of its Pinots Noirs and the rarity of its Pinots Blancs.
La Côte des Bar is located in the southern part of the Appellation d'Origine area between Bar-sur-Seine and Bar-sur-Aube. This renowned vineyard provides a quarter of Champagne production to date.
It is known for its hilly landscapes, its small villages of character built with Burgundy stone, its clay-limestone basements and its exposures which give Pinots Noirs recognized in the world.
